任职资格：
1、全日制研究生及以上学历，经济、管理、市场营销、统计、信息管理类专业；
2、2年以上知名企业战略信息主管或5年以上战略信息经理工作经验；
3、能熟练使用日常办公软件，精通战略信息管理，具有敏锐的洞察力、战略思维和眼光。具有很强的领导能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力；
４、乐观进取，责任心强，身体健康，诚信守法，有良好的职业素养。
具备风电专业知识，熟悉中国风电业和国家能源方面的相关政策者优先。

1. Conducts market investigations, gather business intelligence, analyze, and give strategy.
2. Penetrate clients’ & competitors’ development blueprint.
3. Search & analyze government policies in green energy field, especially in wind power field.
4. Integrate internal and external intelligence and resources regarding to Macro-economic & Micro-economic environment.
5. Identify risks; Give solutions; Report to General Manager on weekly & monthly basis.
6. Frame the company's long-term strategic development plan.

上世纪90年代中期，湘电集团就承担了国家计委、国家科委的“九五”科技攻关重点项目（97-753-01-05）“300kW、600kW双绕组双速异步风力发电机”研制工作，并研制出我国第一台300kW、600KW异步风力发电机，获得中国机械工业技术进步奖。受风力机械标准化委员会委托，湘电集团主持编写了《风力发电机组低速永磁同步发电机技术条件和试验方法》、《并网型风力异步发电机技术条件和试验方法》等国家标准。在大型风电装备领域，湘电集团已经完成了从自主研发到产品制造的经验积累过程，在行业中拥有很强的影响力和带动力。2005年9月，国家发改委（国发高技[2005]1899号文）正式核准湘电集团为我国兆瓦级风力发电成套装备的产业化基地。
In the mid of 1990’s, XEMC undertook and finished R & D of 300kW, 600kW double-winding and double-speed asynchronous generator for wind turbine application which was listed in the 9th Five-Year-Plan State Level Key Research Program sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Committee of Planning（97-753-01-05）, and successfully developed the first 300KW and 600KW asynchronous generator in China which won technology advancement award of machinery industry. Entrusted by the National Standard Committee of Wind Turbine, XEMC compiled the national standard of Technical Specifications and Test Method for low speed PM Synchronous Generator of WTGS and General Technical Specifications and Test Method for Grid Type Asynchronous Generators, which had been promulgated. Hunan XEMC Windpower Co., Ltd has completed the self-development & research of large-sized wind turbine, which greatly makes influence to the wind energy industry and takes the leading position in the same trade. In heavy equipment industry of wind turbine, XEMC has finished self-R&D and start mass production, boasting important influence and impetus in the industry. In Sept, 2005, the State Committee of Development and Reform ([2005]1899) issued approval for the mass production of MW wind turbine by XEMC.

1、实习期间薪酬与福利
公司对接收已签订就业协议录用的应届毕业生实习，实习期间实习人员享受每月实习费1000元。
2、第一年见习期的薪酬
研究生年收入4.5万元左右；本科年收入2.5万元左右；
3、一年后的薪酬
研究生5-10万；本科3-6万。具体定岗依据所在岗位及见习期期间工作表现；
